Laziness Strikes and my Suzuka Hate is Relived

I got work a little overtime today so I'm a bit tired of thinking of a topic to blog about. (~_~)

 But...

The good news is my Vash Stampede Revoltech will be arriving this Friday! Yehey! I'm actually quite excited about this figure because this will be my first Revoltech figure.

Don't worry though because it will be my pleasure to brag--i mean blog about it on firda...I mean sunday (too lazy to think of what to write on friday and saturday).

I actually like to give my opinion regarding animes and anime figures but I'm not really good in making reviews (I'm a bit bias about my animes) so I will only write about animes that I really like or animes that I really hate.

I'll start with the horrid anime Suzuka (yes that one with the runners and high jumpers) maybe tomorrow or on Thursday.

Kendo in CDO

So, this is the second day of my suppose to be blogging experiment. Last night I though of things that I should write about today and to tell you the truth I almost didn't write because of laziness.

Well, so much for introductions so today I just want to tell you about how one of my dreams finally came true. I finally got to study KENDO.

When I say study I don't mean the internet but to actually be in a class, to wear the hakama (I used to practice Aikido so wearing a hakama is a really big deal for me) and to actually own my very own shinai or bamboo sword.

Although to tell you the truth the classes held in sports zone Cagayan de Oro is taught by a Korean Sensei (see what I did there Korean and Sensei..hahaha..*cough*) and the classes are only 3 times a week for an hour for 2000Php. Yeah.

I was actually hesitant to enroll in this class because of the price, etc but after 3 months of trying it out, I actually like it. The master teaches a small number of students (there are only 3 students) so he can really correct and help you erase all those bad swinging habits and posture you're making. And even if swinging the sword, I mean shinai, looks totally easy in the samurai x anime, its actually NOT.

Swinging the shinai is easy swinging it properly is really difficult. One reason why this is so hard is that in Kendo, you swing the shinai using your left hand. Your right hand is only used as a guide for your left and to top it all you actually don't use your arm to swing but you use your wrist to make swift and fast attacks.

I even tried sparing which I really suck at but nonetheless really fun and exciting. I actually like wearing the Kendo armor make me feel awesome (LOL).

Unfortunately, I lost my tenugui or that towel that you put over your head when you wear your men T___T. I replaced it with an ordinary blue cloth.

Seriously though Kendo is a really fun and a very interesting art especially if you're like me who is a great fan of samurais and ninjas.

But I hope that our master looks for another dojo for us to practice so we can do all those traditional Kendo practices like cleaning the dojo, etc.

Having our own dojo will also mean a more lengthier class (there's only so much we can do with 1 hour) I also hope to continue practicing this art as long as I can (hopefully I don't get bored or lazy practicing it).

B Gata H Ke - Season 2 PLEASE!

Since I decided to continue blogging, I just can't just NOT talk about this certain anime. I have really LOVED this anime from the bottom of my heart. Although, you may not say that this certain anime is the best it sure gave me TONS of laughs and made my heart skip a beat.

I don't want to make a review about this anime (because I'm really SUCK at reviewing stuff) I just want to talk about how GREAT this anime is.
For those who haven't heard of this anime, I'll simply let anime news network do its job and tell you a bit about it. Taken from ANN:

Yamada is a high school student, and a virgin, who aspires to have 100 casual sex partners. Despite this, she soon finds herself targeting and pursuing only one boy.

Do you want more information about B Gata H Ke? Well, to tell you honestly that's EVERYTHING that you need to know. Anymore information can be classified as a SPOILER. I'm not kidding.

Although the theme that B Gata H Ke emits can be classified as hentai or ecchi (I forgot to tell you the english title of this anime is B - cup sex maniac), it's actually NOT. That being said, I don't think you should let your family especially your little brother and sister watch it with you in the living room for family movie night though.

The anime has some ecchi moments but compared to anime titles like queens blade, kiss x sis and kanokon....*gulp* (I just can't finish this sentence)

I really LOVE this anime, I like how the plot develops, how the characters mature and how stupid Yamada, Kosuda and their classmates (including 'that' piece of shit as coalguys refered to her).

I guarantee that you will laugh and cry (not in a whole dramatic sense) and laugh some more during EVERY episode whether you're a GIRL or a GUY. Although the premise of this anime is actually simple and controversial for the girls (according to my boyfriend) it's actually not repetitive and cliche. And although Yamada's character is a tsundere (before you lecture me about how cute a tsundere is there are also those that are annoying) it's really fun to see her finally admitting how she feels.

The anime is actually 12 episodes long and has already ended (me want more). I really suggest everybody to watch it. I assure you; you will not regret it.

I'm pretty sure that after finishing this anime you will really want to ask for a SECOND SEASON!!!! *sniff* *sniff*

Finding a Job - The Universe Moves In Mysterious Ways

First of all if you happened to click this link because you think that this is something "looking for a job" related then I suggest that you turn back and STOP. This post is in NO WAY like that and you may simply just wasting your time. LOL.

But if you're interested how I actually found my work then continue reading...or not.

So, as my very first post of the week (yes, this is my very first post, not the other one) I want to tell everybody how exciting and fun I'm having.

3 months has passed since this happened but I'm finally a full pledged college graduate and you know what that means? NO MORE SCHOOL!

Yes, NO MORE SCHOOL!

I'm actually waiting for an opportunity to say that I miss school but to tell you honestly, I don't have any feeling of sadness leaving that place. Although, school had its happy times, my memory of it is almost always filled with tests, exams, terrible oral recitation and teachers who almost always brings their students down rather than to give them the confidence that they need. Yes! Teachers are supposed to do that not the other way around.

To be fair though, I have met teachers who were awesome. Those that know how to motivate and actually TEACH. I'm proud to be their student. :) (not sure if they're proud of me though...LOL)

So, I've finally left that hell hole! But another responsibility and quest be falls me and that is finding a JOB.

But I'm too lazy to talk about my job hunting days (they were NOT GOOD) so were fast forwarding to when a friend of mine forwarded a supposed to be FREELANCE job and my present boss gave me a full-time job.

You may be thinking, wow! But actually, they offered me a different job because my skills for that certain job wasn't enough. That being said, I actually LOVE what I'm doing right now so everything turned out well.

I'm proud to say that I already have this job for almost 6 months and am still enjoying it. : )

I'm actually hoping that I get to stay in this job for quite some time.

The only downside of my job is that I'm actually starting to become a hikikomori (if you don't know what that means then all I can say is GOOGLE is your friend)

I'm going to stop here now because I actually don't know what to write anymore.

Giving Blogging One More Chance

Yo! So, as you can may observed or if it's not that clear to you I'm giving blogging another chance. But don't get me wrong, it's not that I stopped blogging or anything I'm just that lazy to write something fruitful or something that other people may find interesting.

What made me continue blogging?

Well, to tell you honestly, CURIOSITY is the word. I can't tell you what I'm curious about yet but I'll write how it goes in about 1-2 weeks. But for now, I'll really do my best try to write something everyday (yes! even if I know nobody's reading).

Testing Google Chrome Blog This Extension

Hello!

I'm actually simply just testing google chrome blog this extensions to see what it can do.

I'm a huge fan of the TGWTG so I decided to try it out with his Nostalgia Critic Full House review which is by the way awesome. : )

Full House

Edited:

Lol! So, I tested the Blog This Extension and was disappointed to find the the only thing that this extension can do is to simply create a link and direct you to your Blogger account.

Yeah that's pretty much it.

Although this may be pretty awesome for some I think I simply expected too much I guess.

What did I expect? Well, to tell you seriously a little picture about the website that you're trying to blog or at least a few text about it would be nice but maybe that's just me being lazy.

So, there you go! I'm started out as excited as hell and ended up disappointed.
